Clear standards in writing, so everyone knows what is expected before anyone commits.
No pay-for-referral deals. We don't pay or accept payment for placing people.
Honesty about where we are. We're early. We'll tell you what is firm and what is a plan.
A real agreement. Any partnership will be in writing, reviewed by an attorney, before anyone relies on it.
